Shipping costs are charged based on weight via Australia Post / Star Track

Victoria: 1-3 days

New South Wales: 1-3 days

Australian Capital Territory: 1-3 days

Queensland: 2-6 days

South Australia: 1-4 days

Tasmania: 1-3 days

Western Australia: 2-7 days

Northern Territory: 2-7 days

*Orders placed before midday Monday - Friday will be dispatched same day.

Express Shipping (Australia only):

Victoria: 1-2 days

All other states: 1 - 3 days 

*We are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items via Express Shipping. As a result, orders containing products within our texture ranges, 30 volume, 40 volume or aerosol products cannot be sent Express. 

Tracking orders:

Once your item has been dispatched you will automatically receive an email with tracking information, please check your email before requesting your tracking number.

If you have not received an email with tracking information within 1 business day, please contact our team via email info@salonsupport.com.au or contact our team on 03 9338 2011.

Click & collect orders can be picked up Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm

New Zealand: 2-3 days

Asia Pacific: 4-18 days

UK: 6-10 days

USA & Canada: 6-10 days

China: 8-15 days

Major Europe & Global#1: 6-10 days

* All delivery times are estimated based on business days between major metro areas and are subjected to change.

** When international orders reach your country of origin, they may be subject to custom clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates of which Salon Support cannot be held responsible for. 

*** Due to International transport restrictions, we are unable to ship pressurised or flammable items. As a result, orders containing products within our texture ranges, 30 volume, 40 volume or aerosol products cannot be sent on international orders.

**** International taxes and duties if applicable are not calculated in your final order. Salon Support cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility of any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
